Right now, there is a shortage of homes and a lot of buyers looking. This is a little unusual for this time. A few homes we've listed have multiple showings lined up and one already has an offer. One of our sellers took their home off the market around Thanksgiving, which is very customary for many listings, but an agent reached out to us and we ended up getting it sold!What I'm trying to say is this: Don't wait until after the holidays to list! Christmas decorations help your house show like a home and really generate a warm feeling in potential buyers. If you do want to wait, give us a call or shoot us an email so we can get you ready to go by January of February.
